Introductory Provisions

This document governs the conditions of participation of the presenting person (hereinafter referred to as the “Presenter”) at a conference organised by the organiser, during which an audiovisual recording is made and a public online broadcast takes place.

The purpose of this consent is to inform the Presenter about the manner in which the recording is processed and about their responsibility for the content used.

Recording and Use of the Footage

The Presenter acknowledges that:

• the conference is publicly streamed via online platforms,

• audio and video recordings are made during the conference,

• the recording may subsequently be used for archival, educational, promotional and documentation purposes of the organiser,

• the recording may be published on the organiser’s website, social media channels, or other communication platforms.

Responsibility for Used Content

The Presenter declares that:

• they are authorised to use all materials included in the presentation (in particular texts, images, videos, music, graphics, or software),

• the use of these materials does not infringe copyright or other rights of third parties,

• in the event of any infringement of third-party rights, they assume full responsibility for the situation.

The Presenter further undertakes to compensate the organiser for any damage resulting from a breach of these obligations.

Final Provisions

By granting consent, the Presenter confirms that they have read this document, understand its content, and agree to the above-mentioned conditions.
